BSides Nashville conference materials

BSides Nashville

Conference Branding & Editorial Design

BSides Nashville was a regional cybersecurity conference that I worked with from 2014 through 2019. During this period I designed a range of materials used throughout the event, including conference schedules, program booklets, and branded apparel.

The printed schedules served as the primary navigation tool for attendees, organizing speaker sessions, rooms, and event information into a format that could be quickly understood during a busy conference day.

In addition to editorial layout, the project included merchandise graphics and event branding used across shirts and signage. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that remained recognizable across both printed guides and wearable event materials.

Conference Booth Display

Exhibitor Branding & Table Design

This project focused on designing a booth table display used in conference and event environments. Exhibitor spaces require branding that can quickly capture attention while remaining clear and readable from a distance.

The design emphasized strong color contrast, recognizable imagery, and clean typography so visitors could immediately identify the studio and its work from across the room. Materials were prepared for printed table covers, signage, and supporting display pieces used during the event.

Conference booth design combines branding, signage, and spatial thinking. Unlike traditional print work, these pieces must function within crowded rooms where attendees are moving quickly between displays.
